VisionPro Deep Learning is PC-based deep learning image analysis software built for factory automation. It brings image collection, labelling, network training and testing on different image sets together in a graphical interface.
It is used where rule-based algorithms struggle: defect detection on variable surfaces, complex assembly verification, visual classification and reading distorted text. Few Sample mode works with limited data, and Robust mode copes with optical changes such as camera tilt, lighting fluctuations and white balance shifts.
