Sensor Instruments
14 series
Sensor Instruments GmbH, based in the Bavarian Forest in south-east Germany, specialises in optical sensor technology and develops and builds laser and optoelectronic sensors for the UV, visible and infrared ranges. As its representative in Türkiye, E3TAM handles supply and application engineering. We test your sample with a suitable sensor in our laboratory and report on feasibility.
All series →Colour and contrast sensors03
- SPECTRO-3SPECTRO-3 true-colour sensors detect colour marks, painted surfaces and self-luminous objects on the line with colour perception close to the human eye.
- SPECTRO-1SPECTRO-1 contrast sensors detect the smallest brightness differences at high speed, with light sources from UV to infrared and an analogue output.
- SPECTRO-2SPECTRO-2 two-channel sensor systems use two independent transmitters and receivers with fibre optics for moisture, distance and fluorescence tasks.
Gloss and surface inspection05
- GLOSS / RLSGLOSS and RLS-GD gloss sensors measure surface gloss on the production line, contact-free and continuously, at standard angles such as 20°, 60° and 85°.
- COASTCOAST hybrid sensors evaluate colour, gloss and surface texture together and tell apart surfaces of the same colour but different structure.
- GLASTGLAST sensors inspect surface quality inline on highly reflective surfaces such as stainless steel, aluminium and paint, and on transparent glass and film.
- SPECTRO-MSPECTRO-M mid-infrared (MIR) sensors measure the thickness of thin oil and plastic layers on metal surfaces inline, from 0.1 µm upwards.
- SI-JETSI-JET spray jet control systems use light barriers to monitor the density, symmetry and cone angle of the spray leaving a nozzle, inline.
Distance measurement and positioning03
- L-LAS-LTL-LAS-LT laser triangulation sensors measure the distance and thickness of objects without contact; short-range types resolve typically 1 µm.
- L-LAS-TB / L-LAS-RL / L-LAS-CAML-LAS line sensors evaluate transmitted or reflected light on a line detector to measure the edge, position and width of objects precisely.
- A-LAS / A-LAS-NA-LAS analogue laser light barriers measure, position and detect objects from 0.01 mm with a parallel laser beam of homogeneous intensity.
Counting and triggering03
- D-LAS / F-LAS / M-LASD-LAS, F-LAS and M-LAS laser light barriers detect very small objects with a parallel laser beam and are used for counting, triggering and positioning.
