• Identity and contact details: the name, organisation, e-mail address and phone number you enter in the contact form.
• Enquiry details: the industry you select and the text you write in the application description.
• Transaction security data: IP address, date and time, browser information.
• Cookie and usage data, only if you consent: pages visited, clicks, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type. See the Cookie Policy.

The site has no accounts, sign-in or payments; no such information is collected. The contact form receives only what you type.

• To assess and answer your enquiry and carry out the feasibility or quotation process.
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
• If you consent, to measure how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights in any dispute.

Your personal data is processed on the following grounds of Article 5 of the Law:

• Contact form data: processing directly related to entering into a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 5/2-f).
• Transaction security data: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
• Analytics cookies: your explicit consent (Art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

Data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, when you fill in the contact form, visit the site and, if you consent, through cookies.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: the provider of the server the site runs on, Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), and the content delivery and security service Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
• E-mail service provider: the corporate e-mail system that receives form enquiries (Yandex 360).
• Analytics provider, only if you consent: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4).
• Competent public authorities, where the law requires it.

Your information is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

These providers’ servers are outside Türkiye. Transfers abroad are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law. [The transfer mechanism (e.g. standard contract) is to be stated here by counsel.]

• Contact form enquiries are kept in our corporate mailbox: for 2 years after the enquiry is concluded if it does not lead to a business relationship, or for the 10 years the Turkish Commercial Code sets for business correspondence if it does.
• Server access logs contain no IP addresses and are kept for 14 days.
• To prevent misuse, an irreversible digest of your IP address is held only in the server’s memory and for at most 24 hours.
• Analytics data collected with your consent is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics.

After that, data is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

• All traffic between the site and your browser is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Form enquiries are not stored on the site; they are delivered to a corporate mailbox that only the relevant E3TAM staff can access.
• The form is protected against automated submissions and misuse.

Under Article 11 of the Law you may apply to E3TAM to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information about the processing,
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law,
• request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of corrections, erasures and destructions,
• object to a result against you that arises from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your request in line with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller: in writing to the address above, to our registered e-mail (KEP) address, or from your e-mail address on record with us to info@e3tam.com.

Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If the request requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

The site may link to the sites of our partners and of the manufacturers we represent. E3TAM is not responsible for their privacy practices.
