Alvium C: MIPI CSI-2 cameras with up to 24.6 MP for embedded vision on NVIDIA Jetson, NXP i.MX 8M Plus and AMD Xilinx boards.

Alvium C is the MIPI CSI-2 series of the Alvium platform, built for embedded system developers. It comes as a bare board or with an open housing and offers Sony CMOS sensors with up to 24.6 megapixels. The ALVIUM processor on the camera includes an image signal processor (ISP), so image corrections run on the camera instead of the embedded board.

One CSI-2 driver covers all Alvium CSI-2 models, so a sensor can be changed without rewriting the software. The series suits products that run on an embedded board rather than a PC, such as mobile robots, handheld or battery-powered devices and compact analysers. Where the camera must sit several metres from the board, the GMSL2 (Alvium GM2) and FPD-Link III (Alvium FP3) versions of the same platform connect over coaxial cables of up to 15 m.
