3D-A5000 is an area-scan 3D camera that captures a high-resolution 3D image of a stationary object in one shot. A blue light pattern projected onto the part produces a point cloud of more than 1.5 million points, and a full field-of-view image is acquired in as little as 200 milliseconds.
Factory calibration delivers results in real-world units. The 3D pattern matching, height, volume and cross-section tools in VisionPro solve assembly verification, in-line measurement and robotic picking applications, and the IP65 die-cast aluminium housing suits factory conditions.
