In-Sight L38
Smart 3D vision system that combines laser profiling with embedded AI for 3D defect detection, measurement and guidance.
In-Sight L38 combines 3D laser profiling with embedded AI and 2D/3D vision tools in one device. Its patented speckle-free blue and red laser line produces high-contrast 3D images on difficult surfaces without external lighting.
Defects are trained by labelling a 2D projection image generated from the 3D data, and results are reported in real-world units such as volume, area and height. For PC-based, highly customised applications the same hardware is also available with VisionPro software (L38 with VisionPro).
