DataMan 475V
Fixed-mount barcode verifier that grades label and DPM codes on the production line to ISO/IEC 15415, 15416 and 29158.
DataMan 475V is a fixed-mount verifier that measures the print quality of 1D and 2D codes against international standards directly on the production line. The label model uses dedicated lighting for printed codes, while the DPM model offers several lighting angles for textured, curved or reflective surfaces.
Each code is graded on ISO-defined parameters and a report is produced; colour-coded visual diagnostics point quickly to the source of a printing or marking problem. For offline use, the stand-mounted DataMan 475VS models (Label, DPM, HD) are also available.
