Handheld barcode verifier that grades DPM codes on textured, curved and reflective surfaces, with 30°, 45° and 90° lighting options.
DataMan 8072V is a handheld verifier for measuring the quality of direct part mark codes at the line or in the field. The 30°, 45° and 90° lighting angles defined by DPM standards give repeatable results on textured, curved and reflective surfaces.
A small imaging head reaches codes in recessed or hard-to-access locations. DataMan Setup Tool calculates an overall grade from parameters such as symbol contrast and modulation and produces reports that document compliance.
