In-Sight 3800
General-purpose smart camera with embedded AI and rule-based tools, in 1.6–16 MP area-scan and 1K–4K line-scan models.
In-Sight 3800 is a general-purpose vision system for inspections that need both high speed and high resolution. It offers twice the processing power of previous systems; AI tools train on 5–10 sample images, and rule-based tools for measurement, pattern finding, code reading and robot guidance run on the same device.
Integrated multi-colour lighting and HDR+ produce high-contrast images in a single acquisition on many kinds of surfaces. The line-scan models (In-Sight 3800 Line Scan) inspect continuous webs, cylindrical surfaces and large parts.
