In-Sight 3900

High-performance smart camera with up to 25 MP, a dedicated AI processor and dual Ethernet, inspecting up to 5,000 parts per minute.
In-Sight 3900 is Cognex's highest-performance embedded vision system for high-throughput lines. Its multi-core processor with a dedicated AI engine runs inspections up to four times faster than conventional systems and processes images of up to 25 MP in real time.
It fits applications where more features must be checked on every part without slowing the line. Pre-trained AI tools, rule-based tools and advanced AI models trained in OneVision can be used together on the same platform.
