Battery quality-deviation containment planning agent
The review scope and its reasons become visible. Approval creates a quarantine draft; items with uncertain identity links stay on hold for verification. The workflow, tool calls and human approval are simulated.

Need
A battery-cell surface deviation may have an unclear carrier and production interval. Accepting the lot or widening its scope arbitrarily without source records damages traceability.
Solution approach
The agent queries inspection records, carrier links and production intervals read-only. It proposes an evidence-based containment scope; after human approval the separation list passes a validated decision gate.
Process steps
- 01
Read evidence
The item image and event context are read while the item arrives. No live external-system connection is used.
- 02
Tool calls
The scenario read-only tools compare simulated evidence packages: LOT + CARRIER.
- 03
Evidence-linked plan
Sources are associated in the ITEM / WINDOW context and a CONTAIN plan is drafted. Missing evidence remains separate.
- 04
Human review
The plan enters simulated review; this phase is not approval. Missing or conflicting evidence produces a visible HOLD state.
- 05
Approval and command gate
Only the virtually approved cycle opens the allowed-command gate and releases the item. A held cycle keeps the gate closed without issuing a command.
