Reference-based illumination-field verification in a textile inspection cabin
Illumination distribution determines whether textile images can be compared reliably. A dirty window, changed light channel or unsuitable recipe can make the same fabric region appear different inside the inspection cabin.
Proposed output: illumination-field map, recipe and imaging-condition verification. Camera-based reference inspection is an additional design option derived from a lighting requirement; acceptance limits remain to be agreed.

Solution approach
In this concept, evaluate cabin illumination using a reference target and fabric samples. Record saturation, dark regions and spatial deviations with the light recipe. Gate defect analysis on valid imaging conditions; choose the light and camera through sample trials.
