Dual-region thermal pattern inspection of cross and fin seals
A bag’s cross-seal band and longitudinal fin seal form at different times. One image of the entire body can lose detail in the critical band or miss the fresh thermal pattern of the fin seal.
Separate anomaly flags and image evidence cover the cross band, fin and body. Thermal pattern inspection is not a leak test on its own; acceptance criteria require sample and process verification.

Solution approach
Dedicated thermal images trigger after sealing within a verified stationary window. Relative patterns, band continuity and regional anomaly proposals are assessed rather than absolute temperature alone. Image freshness and camera health are checked; continuous motion requires separate feasibility work.
