Half-tunnel illumination and OCR recipes on curved injectors
Text regions on a metal injector body do not provide consistent contrast because of curvature and direct reflections. The recognised text must be evaluated together with the format and expected content of the product recipe.
Proposed output: image record with recognised text, recipe match and rejection reason. Optical and line acceptance require sample validation; code-quality grading is outside this concept.

Solution approach
Control reflections using half-tunnel diffuse illumination and process text regions through separate ROIs and recipes. Combine OCR, format and expected-text checks on the existing PC. Unreadable, incomplete, low-confidence or timed-out results never produce automatic acceptance.
