Visual recipe-change preflight agent
Image evidence is linked to the recipe version. A conforming case creates an approved preflight package; an artwork mismatch prevents release and opens a review record. The workflow, tool calls and human approval are simulated.

Need
During a packaging recipe change, inspection regions and expected artwork may not match the new item. Completing preflight without visual production evidence increases the risk of accepting a mismatch.
Solution approach
The agent compares the work order, sample image and approved recipe through read-only tools. It drafts differences for mismatched inspection regions; a new recipe is prepared only after human approval and version validation.
Process steps
- 01
Read evidence
The item image and event context are read while the item arrives. No live external-system connection is used.
- 02
Tool calls
The scenario read-only tools compare simulated evidence packages: ORDER + RECIPE.
- 03
Evidence-linked plan
Sources are associated in the REV / ROI context and a PREFLIGHT plan is drafted. Missing evidence remains separate.
- 04
Human review
The plan enters simulated review; this phase is not approval. Missing or conflicting evidence produces a visible HOLD state.
- 05
Approval and command gate
Only the virtually approved cycle opens the allowed-command gate and releases the item. A held cycle keeps the gate closed without issuing a command.
