Packaging artwork version classification and order matching
Old and new artwork versions are easily confused on similarly coloured cartons. Reading a code alone does not verify that the printed layout belongs to the order.
Store the artwork class and expected-version match with the image; a confident wrong version is also rejected. Transfer an UNKNOWN carton to the review nest.

Solution approach
The controlled image ROI is classified; the raw image and C1/C2/C3 scores appear separately. The order class and confidence threshold are evaluated together. Match the carton-face layout class to the order. A third mixed artwork example is quarantined because its score is low.
Process steps
- 01
Recipe
Load the class expected by the order.
- 02
Raw image
Trigger the specimen under fixed lighting and link the image to its ROI.
- 03
Class scores
Reveal the three illustrative class scores as comparative bars.
- 04
Confidence gate
A low score becomes UNKNOWN; a confident wrong class is also not accepted.
- 05
Route
Release the accepted example and transfer the others to the review nest.
