Recipe-based reference and surface-anomaly screening on panels
A single normal reference may not suit all product families in AI-based panel inspection. As panel material and acceptance criteria are defined, the reference, surface evidence and uncertain product state must be tracked separately.

Solution approach
Select panel ROIs and a normal reference for the product recipe and check controlled-light images for pose and glare. Compare AI anomaly regions with the reference and submit them for operator review. Material, defect classes and rejection limits must be defined through sample feasibility.
