Reference-plane curl mapping on board stacks before cutting
Printed board sheets may show lifted corners and bowing before cutting. Measuring stack height is not equivalent to measuring sheet flatness, and base tilt can be confused with actual curl.
Proposed output: form map relative to the reference plane and a recipe-based warning. This does not measure every sheet inside the stack; format and acceptance tolerance require field inputs.

Solution approach
Merge overhead laser profiles into a height map and fit a reference plane to the inner region while excluding edges. Separate corner lift, bowing and twist relative to that plane. Validate the stack-top result by comparison with a single unrestrained sheet.
