OCR and production-record reconciliation agent
Conflicting fields and their sources appear in one review package. A matching item is verified; a conflicting identity stays blocked from dispatch while the proposal is reviewed. The workflow, tool calls and human approval are simulated.

Need
When carton OCR conflicts with a recorded lot, repeating the read may be insufficient. Shipping identity cannot be verified without reviewing the image evidence and record version together.
Solution approach
The agent compares the OCR region, code read and production record through read-only queries. It marks differences with image evidence and drafts reconciliation. Record changes require authorised human approval and an audit trail.
Process steps
- 01
Read evidence
The item image and event context are read while the item arrives. No live external-system connection is used.
- 02
Tool calls
The scenario read-only tools compare simulated evidence packages: OCR + RECORD.
- 03
Evidence-linked plan
Sources are associated in the TEXT / CODE context and a RECONCILE plan is drafted. Missing evidence remains separate.
- 04
Human review
The plan enters simulated review; this phase is not approval. Missing or conflicting evidence produces a visible HOLD state.
- 05
Approval and command gate
Only the virtually approved cycle opens the allowed-command gate and releases the item. A held cycle keeps the gate closed without issuing a command.
