Circumferential hose-braid inspection with defect position tracking
A single view of an extruded hose braid can hide broken yarn or irregular weaving around its circumference. Diameter changes also affect focus and apparent braid scale, changing the evidence available for inspection.
Proposed output: circumferential defect region, line position, diameter recipe and alarm reason. Defect limits, optical coverage and stopping response require sample validation; this is a concept.

Solution approach
Register circumferential views using the hose-diameter recipe and segment visible braid regions. Evaluate braid continuity and local texture together, then link findings to line position. Hold the decision if focus or circumferential coverage is insufficient. Validate alarm and stop interfaces on the line.
