Industrial maintenance evidence agent
Maintenance findings retain image and signal references. Approved work enters a controlled task list; missing sensor evidence requests further data collection instead of an intervention. The workflow, tool calls and human approval are simulated.

Need
When wear images and vibration events are stored separately, maintenance staff struggle to connect product defects with machine condition. Automatic intervention from a single signal is inappropriate.
Solution approach
The agent joins maintenance history, vibration summaries and surface images by a time window. Consistent evidence supports an inspection task; missing sensor records remain visible. An authorised person reviews the draft work order.
Process steps
- 01
Read evidence
The item image and event context are read while the item arrives. No live external-system connection is used.
- 02
Tool calls
The scenario read-only tools compare simulated evidence packages: HISTORY + SIGNAL.
- 03
Evidence-linked plan
Sources are associated in the WEAR / TREND context and a WORK ORDER plan is drafted. Missing evidence remains separate.
- 04
Human review
The plan enters simulated review; this phase is not approval. Missing or conflicting evidence produces a visible HOLD state.
- 05
Approval and command gate
Only the virtually approved cycle opens the allowed-command gate and releases the item. A held cycle keeps the gate closed without issuing a command.
