Delta-robot arrangement of moving products into packing nests
Link item identity and its packing nest through one simulated motion. A stale belt target or occupied nest holds placement permission; the demonstration is not a cycle-capacity commitment. Line, robot and PLC phases are animated as an illustrative simulation.

Need
Food items move along a belt at different angles and spacings while packing nests can be empty or occupied. Associate the current item target, transport position and correct nest to prevent wrong picks or double placement.
Solution approach
Locate item contour and orientation and link them with belt position and the destination packing nest. Represent the delta robot vertical pick and parallel-arm motion. Grip, lift from the belt, carry to an empty nest and release; verify final nest presence.
Process steps
- 01
Line and item image
Assign an image identity to the moving item and show packing-nest states.
- 02
Target and line permission
Associate the current belt target with an empty packing nest.
- 03
Grip and lift
Lower the delta gripper, grasp and lift the item vertically off the belt.
- 04
Transfer across the line
Carry the item above its destination nest using the parallel robot arms.
- 05
Receipt and final check
Lower and release into the nest; presence confirmation completes the packing motion.
